Even though we're still beta-testing, we were just talking here at tastythreads about putting out an official Request for Design, asking for some designs about eco-concsiousness, or sustainability.
You beat us to the punch...
For the record, in our first printing, we want to print at least one shirt around the idea of sustainability, while the other winner(s) will be anything-goes designs..
I love the idea and the design is great. :DÂ The only thing that bothers me is that the design itself will look like a "box" on the t-shirt...maybe find a way to alter the design so its just not straight lines cutting off all sides of the design?
For the pattern on the skull I created a custom brush in photoshop. For some of the clouds I used the halftone filter on a photo of clouds I took as well as the custom brush again. I hope that helps.

I have to agree with laughing-dog. Very cool though, and very well executed. Quick question though, if you don't mind, how do you do your dot-shading?

Hmm, never thought of using the halftone filter on a photo, great idea. Anyhow, yeah, thanks. Perhaps it will help my creativity in the future :)
